Krang version 3.00 ("Kv3") is a complete rewrite of the CMS user interface. The new UI is fully AJAX-enabled and redesigned for greatly enhanced ease of use. In addition, dozens of functional changes have been made to the CMS to make common tasks easier, and to add many new capabilities. The result is a much easier, faster, and more robust user experience.

Krang v2.003 is out, this release fixes some minor bugs in Krang, as well as adding new features. Among the new features of note are a new template chooser that works much like the current category chooser and an enhanced simplified ssl configuration. Krang v2.002 is out, hot on the heels of 2.001! This release fixes a bug introduced in v2.001 so if you are downloading please download this one over 2.001. Krang 2.000 is out! Key differences are more extensive testing, a few minor bug fixes, binary releases for FreeBSD, Fedora core 3, Fedora core 4 and RedHat Enterprise Linux 4. If You have been holding back on upgrading to 1.999 download and install 2.000 instead. Once again 2.000 offers several features since 1.1025 that are worth exploring. Krang 1.999 is finally out! We've decided that with all the large underlying changes we would up the version to 1.999. Version 2.0 will be largely the same but more mature. Expect to see its annoucement by the end of August. New feature of note is a completely rewritten industrial strength addon system, enhanced scheduling capabilities, integration of the Xinha WYSIWYG editor as an element class and more. Krang 1.102 is now available for download. A few minor enhancements and bug fixes have been added since 1.101. Of note are improved support for Mac OSX, the ability to bundle Krang::List data with your element library, and a new script bin/krang_addon_framework (facilitates the creation of addons). And so quickly after 1.100, 1.101 is out. A few minor UI bugs introduced in the 1.100 release have been fixed, a new --not_on_desk option has been added to bin/krang_publish, and better support for MySQL 4.1.x and MacOSX is part of this release! Krang 1.100 has made it out the door. The version number bump is a reflection of all the development that's been done since the 1.00 release. 1.100 includes a large number of usability tweaks and a small number of bugfixes (really, it's all we found!).
